Steps Involved:

First of all Trade Name Reservation and Initial approval inquiry receipt from DED are applied which again depends on the speciality healthcare professional needs to offer. After that, the center needs to enter into a tenancy agreement for the premises and get the Ejari from Dubai Land Department.

Securing DHA Approval and NOC for issuance of the rehabilitation center’s license requires further documentation and a floor plan as per the guidelines of DHA which should be prepared by experienced interior designers to avoid delays.

Final approval is done after the inspection of the premises to check the following:
a) If the fit-outs of the premises are carried out as per the submitted and approved floor plan.
b) Medical director has been appointed by the Establishment Owner.

The whole process may take up to 2-3 months usually depending upon compliance and adherence to DHA guidelines as per the requested speciality in Dubai.
