With regard to the cost structure for forming the branch of SAIF zone in mainland it will be similar to the other mainland depending on the activity. As far as Trade name is concerned it will be the same name as Parent company (SAIF Zone Company); all documents of parent company need to submitted to the Sharjah economic department.
