World Class PRO Services Across UAE

Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation

  • The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MoFAIC) acts as a key link between UK businesses and  the wider international landscape. It oversees foreign relations, coordinates with other UAE ministries, and provides  essential services to British entrepreneurs and the global business community operating in the Emirates.
  •   This section outlines MoFAIC’s role in business registration for UK companies. When a foreign entity—including those    based in the UK—wishes to open a branch in the UAE, all parent company documents (such as the Articles of                Association, Certificate of Incorporation, and Board Resolution) must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and    International Cooperation (MoFAIC) both in the UK and in the UAE.
  •   In addition to business documents, any personal documents intended for official use in the UAE—such as educational    qualifications, birth or marriage certificates—must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International              Cooperation (MoFAIC) to be considered valid for visa applications or other legal procedures.
  •   Even invoices issued in the UK or outside the UAE must have the authenticity of signatures and company stamps verified by both UK and UAE authorities to be accepted in official processes.
  •  If the UAE does not have an embassy in the relevant country, documents must be approved by that country’s embassy in the UAE. If the country does not maintain an embassy in the UAE, the documents must be notarised by the country’s Ministry of Foreign Affagovernmentirs accredited to the UAE (e.g., Mauritius, Jamaica, Moldova).
