Important Information to Register Real Estate Brokerage Company in Dubai
Real estate activity can only be owned by UAE national. The safest legal form to conduct real estate brokerage business is through LLC (Limited Liability Company). 100% share holding will be for UAE national and expatriate partner has to come as a manager of the company. To make this LLC license, we require two UAE national partners. The approval for the license comes from RERA (Real estate regulatory agency) – Government of Dubai. The requirements from RERA for UAE national partners and expatriate manager are as under.
- University degree.
- RERA course passing.
- Good conduct certificate from Police department.
This activity cannot be registered in free zone. It has to be registered on Dubai main land. Branch office of the main land company can be opened in free zone.
