Overview:
Ejari is Arabic word which means ‘My Rent”. It’s an electronic registration system accessible through the web and exclusively design to execute the legal requirement as well as the vision and mission of establishing a strong regulatory system. According to (RERA) Real Estate Regulatory Authority, the system of Ejari initiated on 14th March 2010 under the Provision of law no 26 of 2007. Ejari fees in dubai
Ejari Govt fees in Dubai is AED 172.50 inclusive of VAT (as of July 2019). Once the Ejari registration completed you will get the official Ejari Contract. The total cost will be AED 220 including Govt. Charges and agency fee inclusive of VAT.
