Dubai Silicon Oasis is also known as DSO Free Zone. The travel distance from DSO is less than 30 minutes from Dubai Airport, Sharjah, Burj Khalifa and other business districts.

Free zone Establishment (FZE)

• This is for single owner company
• The shareholder can be individual or a non-individual
• The minimum share capital required is AED 10,000
• License option Service, Trade & Industrial
• The manager of the company must be under DSO authority sponsorship i.e must have a visa from DSO company

Free Zone Company (FZC)

• This is for two or Upto 10 shareholders
• Shareholder can be individual or non-individual
• The minimum share capital required is AED 10,000
• License option service, Trade & Industrial

Branch Set-Up

• The companies registered in UAE or any foreign country can register its branch in Dubai Silicon Oasis
• The activity of the branch needs to be similar to the activity of the parent company
• The Name of the company will be same as of the Parent company adding Branch with the name
• There is no minimum share capital requirement for a branch company
• It is mandatory of the manager in the license to be under the sponsorship of DSO Authority i.e have a visa from the DSO company
• All the documents should have valid signatures and authorized stamp. The documents need to be in Arabic or English
• Documents from UAE mainland will need to be notarized by a public notary or equivalent authority
• Documents that require attestations must be attested by UAE Embassy or consulate in the country of origin

The Share capital required can be withdrawn and used for company purposes after the bank share capital letter is issued, certifying the deposit of the designated capital.

Office cost start from 1380/sq. m per annum. Water and Electricity will be as per consumption. Lease term – 2 years (renewable) Visa eligibility depends on office size which is like 1 visa per 9 sq. m. For the first year will have to register with the office after one year they can register with desk.
