All training centers in Dubai have to be approved by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai or the KHDA. Once the location has been finalized, the layout for the facility has to be submitted for initial approval as per KHDA specifications.

The educational course material also needs to be approved along with the education and experience of the trainer/faculty. Once the KHDA has given its approval then the trade license can be issued from the appropriate licensing authority.
