If the expat partner and manager is holding any kind of UAE residence visa, they need to have a No objection certificate from their respective sponsor.

As per the information received from the DED office, the instant license may be obtained for any kind of business setup in Dubai under commercial licensing (Limited Liability Company (LLC) or under professional licensing (Sole Proprietorship or Civil Company), depending on the business activity. Instant license can be register on all the activities which do not have any kind of external approval. The exclusion of office or lease agreement is applicable only for the first year. from next year to onward, it is mandatory to have a desk / office space. For the first year of the instant license, the location mentioned on the license will be of the “Dubai Municipality”. However at the time of the renewal, a valid lease agreement will be required along with Ejari.
Investor & employment visa eligibility criteria
Instant license in Dubai, once is issued is eligible to have a maximum of 2 investor visa’s (valid for 3 years) whose name appears on the MOA and 3 employment visa (valid for 2 years).
The requirements of an instant license in Dubai mentioned above may vary on case to case basis, where certain individuals or companies may not be eligible to apply as per DED rules & regulations for instant license.
