Process

Below are the stages for license process a)Initial approval – Stage 1 Here complete application form signed is submitted along with business plan. Also copy of color passport size photo copies of shareholders is required In case applicant is individual then reference from bank of individual shareholder, in case the applicant is corporate then 2 years of audited financial reports need to submitted. b)Registration – Stage 2 In the second stage payment of registration fee needs to be paid. In case of service license it will be AED 5,000 for trading license it will be AED 7,500, AED 15,000 it will be manufacturing license. Board resolution appointing manager needs to be submitted, POA needs to be submitted appointing manager. c)Licensing & Visa Process – Stage 3 In this process Lease agreement will be signed and the visa process will be started immediately.
