- Application forms duly signed by the authorized signatory
- 3 years Business Plan
- Passport copy of shareholders/manager/ director
- CV of shareholder/ manager/director
- Original bank Reference letter or 6 months bank statements to be stamped by the bank
For corporate shareholding structure or branch
- Application forms duly signed by the authorized signatory
- Audited financial report
- Company Brochure/Profile
- 3 years business plan
- Letter from the shareholding company for appointment of manager in the license
- Board resolution to setup the representative company or branch company also needs to mention the details as to who will be the manager and director in the license duly signed and stamped by the parent company
- POA of the manager/Director/Secretary
- Certificate of Registration/Certificate of Incorporation/Good Standing certificate/MOA of parent company all to be attested
- CV of manager/director
- Proof of address (e.g. Lease agreement / utility bill or title deed)
