Documents Required for Business Setup License in Meydan Freezone

For individual shareholding structure

  1. Application forms duly signed by the authorized signatory
  2. 3 years Business Plan
  3. Passport copy of shareholders/manager/ director
  4. CV of shareholder/ manager/director
  5. Original bank Reference letter or 6 months bank statements to be stamped by the bank

For corporate shareholding structure or branch

  1. Application forms duly signed by the authorized signatory
  2. Audited financial report
  3. Company Brochure/Profile
  4. 3 years business plan
  5. Letter from the shareholding company for appointment of manager in the license
  6. Board resolution to setup the representative company or branch company also needs to mention the details as to who will be the manager and director in the license duly signed and stamped by the parent company
  7. POA of the manager/Director/Secretary
  8. Certificate of Registration/Certificate of Incorporation/Good Standing certificate/MOA of parent company all to be attested
  9. CV of manager/director
  10. Proof of address (e.g. Lease agreement / utility bill or title deed)

Cost for License of Business Setup in Meydan

FZ (Sole Establishment)/ LLC-FZ (Limited Liability Company)/ Branch or Representative Office
New application fee– AED 545/- to be paid upon receiving the application form and all documents (non-refundable)
Registration fee– AED 10,520/- (one-off payment)
Trade License fee– AED 10,520/- (This covers one activity only) – renewable every year. Additional activity AED 5,270/- per activity
Virtual office fee– AED 6,320 /- (We will provide you the details of time slots available later) – renewable every year
Refundable Deposit– AED 10,000/- refundable deposit – to be refunded upon closure of the company
Establishment Card (for visa purposes)– AED 3,044/- -made after issuance of license by visa section
