Dubai Toys Trading License Guide

A toys Trading license is a commercial LLC license issued by the Department of Economic Development. UAE National is required as a partner in the company with 51% shareholder. The licensing procedure takes 5 to 10 working days. The following are the steps to process the license:

• Trade name reservation
• Initial approval for license activity.
• MOA, court agreement in Notary Public.
• Land department certification of the lease contract (Ejari).
• Planning and civil defence certification/approval for commercial location from Dubai Municipality.
• Final processing of all documents to issue payment vouchers.

To Process the license, the following documents are required:

• Passport copy of partners.
• Residence visa copy/visit visa with entry stamp copy.
• NOC if on residence visa.
• Passport copy of UAE national.
• Commercial tenancy contract along with DEWA connection receipt. (The tenancy contract should be in the name of either partner or the reserved trade name).
