Documentation process:

To establish the pharmacy license under economic department, require the certified pharmacist from ministry of health. Its mandatory for all Pharmacists has to register in ministry of health authority before practicing the pharmacy in UAE. Security approval:

Initial approval:

In Pharmacy license, UAE national will be hold the 51% of the company and expat will be 49% shares/ or UAE national can hold the 100% of shares.

Trade Name approval:

Client can book their company name. But the trade name is subject to the approval form economic department. Because as per economic department the certain terms are apply for name approval.

Court notarization and MOA:

Limited Liability Company minimum two shareholders require and maximum possible shareholder is 50. The shareholder liability is limited to the capital of the shares. MOA includes the details of the shareholders, profit shearing, and manager names etc.
LLC Company the UAE national hold the 51% share but still he will be a silent partner in the company. For that UAE national has to be paid sponsorship fees. Both expat and UAE national has to be present in the court for signing of MOA.

Location approval and tenancy contract:

Prior approval is mandatory from Economic department for the pharmacy location. Initially Economic department will conduct the inspection in to the premises. Once the location approved, then layout and floor plan has to submit to the MOH with the signature of the authorized fit out company.

Issuance of trade license:

Once complete the approval for the pharmacy location from economic department and ministry of health, tenancy contact can register under the company trade name. Up on submission of initial approval and trade name copy landlord are able make the tenancy contract.

Adding the medical director:

After processing the employment visa for registered pharmacist under the pharmacy license, and then require add him a medical director in the Pharmacy license.
