3.Attested POA with Name of the Managing Director to manage or establish a branch attested from the relative authorities in the parent country and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in UAE
4.Names of members of the association in UAE.
5.Details about activities to be carried out by association in UAE.
6.Details about activities to be carried out by the association established in the Emirate
7.Audit report of the previous Year to be submitted.
