Mistakes to Avoid in Company Registration

Well if I start writing about the silly mistakes made while company registration the list will go on, because everyone tends to make different mistakes.

• Investor doesn't do a  complete search on the type of business he/she wants to setup.(business plan)
• Investor tries to get an office even before getting the Initial approval from the government.
• Insufficient Qualifications or Experience on the type of business he/she wants to start.
• Not having proper knowledge of required documents.
