RAKIA (RAK Investment Authority) is a government body formed in 2005 with command to promote Industry, Trade, Investment, Tourism, & Infrastructure in RAK.

RAKIA offers many attractive packages for investors starting from as low as AED 15,500 onwards. Becoming a client with RAKIA is easy. Steps are as follows:

1. Select the type of company you wish to establish, Free zone Establishment (FZE), Free zone Company (FZCO), Branch, Non-Free zone (LLC) or Branch.

2. Select the type of license according to the activities you wish to carry out. • Industrial • Trading • General • Commercial • Consultancy/Services • Media

3. Then select the facility requirement Land plot, Warehouse, LIU, Office space, Labour accommodation, Commercial center, and Executive residence.

4. Fill out all the application forms, ensure you have provided all necessary docs, submit them at RAKIA office or you may discuss with one of our Sales Consultant, to make your procedure easier and less time consuming.

5. Once your application is approved, RAKIA sales department will request you to submit legal docs as per your registration type.
