Cost for Obtaining a License in DTEC

DTEC provides 3 options FLEXI DESK , FIXED DESK and PRIVATE OFFICE. The cost for the same is as below along with their benefits:

1. Flexi Desk will cost AED 18000 annually.
2. Fixed Desk will cost AED 24200 annually.
3. Private Office will cost between AED 47820-62500 annually.

The above mentioned charges are inclusive of service license. Lease, establishment card, de-registration fee, processing fee and the VAT.

Additional charges required will be

1. Share Capital of AED 10000 will be required.
2. Security Deposit of AED 4000 for the flexi and fixed desk and AED 4500 for the office will be required.
3. Visa Process and Fees: AED 3,200 to 4,800 plus AED 2,500 refundable deposit. AED 500 Committee Fee for Syrian Nationals (mandatory) and some other nationalities (if UAE immigration requires).

Documents Required for DTEC Company Formation

1. Business Plan and Company Overview.
2. Passport copy.
3. Attested educational certificates for the manager/ shareholder in the license.
4. Visa status / Entry Stamp/ UID No.
5. 3 tradename options.

Timeframe for the DTEC License

• Once the Business plan is approved it takes 7-14 working days to get the license.
